HP Pavilion, Windows 7; I have tried every answer I could find on the Internet. Noything has worked. I simply need to get into the BIOS to change the default boot in case of emergency need for CD recovery boot. I have tried new batteries in wireless keyboard, F1, F10, Esc, and various ways of turning the power off and on. I see many people complain of this. But if someone has found an answer please share.
