My HP ENVY m4 turns on but just to a black screen. I can hear the fan come on and off with the power switch.
The only lights on are the power light and the wifi light.
The cap lock light comes on only when I press it.
I have tried a hard reset with the battery connected and the battery removed.
Can anyone help me get this computer working again?
