Hi. I recently bought HP Pavilion 11 Notebook PC 11-e113AU.
When I started to use it, it is very slow. Scrolling slow. Switching windows is slow. It hangs a bit then continue to run again. I got comments after I posted that I bought that laptop and they said that laptop is crap and it has a very poor performance. Is that true? I am getting really worried because I'm starting to believe them because it really runs SLOW.
Even when doing simple tasks like scrolling or switching from window to window, minimizing window, and opening a folder, typing words it is slow and laggy. Especially when using Facebook in google chrome. Scrolling is laggy, very laggy
What seems to be the problem? This is brand new. I feel like we wasted a lot of money on this laptop. PLEASE HELP. What can I do to make it faster? I am really disappointed that I bought this. I am from the Philippines. Please help
