Hi HP,
I few months ago I bought a HP-ultrabook envy-6 1202sa. Unfortunately it now gives me the following error:
FILE: \Windows\system32\config\system
Error code:0xc0000225.
It says I need to contact somebody from HP because I can not repair this error myself? I still got warranty until march 2015 so that shouldn't be the problem.
Now I got 3 questions:
1 - HP does not offer support in (Holland) for my specific notebook. I can not file a support request trough the Dutch site. So I wonder how to apply for a request?
2 - How long will it take?
3 - Will my data be saved if I send it to you for repairs?
