"Windows Error Recovery " message

im getting windows error recovery, 

im getting this message : Windows failed to start . A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem ;

1. insert your windows installatin disc and restart your comp0uter ....."WHICH I dont have thewindows installer"

2. Choose your language setting and then click next

3. click repair your computer.

If you do not have  this disc contact your system admin or computer manufacturer for assistance.

info windows failed to load beacause the system registry file is missing or corrupt ...

Windows 7 

Processor Type : AMD Turion Dual Core 

Processor speed 2300 mhz

Question ; How will i solve this problem .. no matter how try can not do anything ...

I do not have the disc ...anybody ..please HELP..
