Manufacturing Program Mode Set: 33 of 10 [HP Probook 4445s]

Good Day Hp,

I have this error when I turn on my Laptop. "Manufacturing Program Mode Set 33 of 10" 

I already followed the instruction on how to fix it here:

but nothing change. Now the number of attempts is over 10. It reaches 33 of 10. 
What is wrong with my laptop? do you have any other fixes about this?
When I press ESC nothing change, it hangs . When I press ENTER nothing change also hang.

What should I do now? 


My laptop is out of warranty co's I bought it last year.
