Okay so my
HP Flyer Red 15.6" 15-f272wm Laptop PC with Intel Pentium N3540 Processor, 4GB Memory, 500GB Hard Drive and Windows 10 Home has been not working for over a year now. One day i booted up my computer i saw the hp loading screen and then it went black and then it wouldnt turn on. So the next day i try to turn it on again and i saw a blue screen with what appeared to be a '![Smiley Sad]( "Smiley Sad")
' error and ever since that it wont turn on. i have tried to many solutions online and none will work!! everytime i boot it up the f12 key lights up a orange amber color and my caps lock blinks about five or four times before going again.
