I purchased a HP envy sleekbook in December of 2013 and it has been sent for repair 3 times and still is not repaired - the last time I called customer service a month ago and they told me that someone would return my call about the problem and decide if they thought it should be replaced - however I have received no call and no box to return the laptop for repair. I had to purchase another laptop to use while the HP was being repaired. My hopes were to get it repaired or replaced and get rid of it. I was always told that Dell had poor customer service but I believe HP has them beat. I will never buy another HP brand of anything.
