It froze on me last night so I turned it off at the power. Every time I switch it on now it will load on the hp screen for agers until it goes to that blue sad smiley face error screen quickly, restarts, tries to do a recovery and then lands on a black screen forever.
So far I've tried a hard reset and also ran a start up test and run in test. Both times everything passed except for memory test an hard drive short DST. While these were being tested my laptop would just switch itself off.
Anything else I can try or am I going to have to try a factory restore?
