Please help!! My HP 1000-1220LA notebook mouse is unresponsive by my touchpad very often. Then i have to wait long for it to unfreeze. This is very annoying as it happens very often. I've had this laptop for a little over a year and it has worked fine. Recently there has been the major freezing problem The serial # is 5CG2391XF6. Product # is B8T42LA#ACH.
I got help on here already and the problem went away then it came right back after a while. Help, it is affecting my productivity!
