System Fan (90B) error HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC

Hi

I install windows 8.1 enterprise x64 on my laptop (HP Pavilion dv6 6090ee).

after turn on my laptop view the "System Fan (90B) error"

so I test "HP Advanced System Diagnostics" and view failure id on hard disk 1 "U083JO-791796-MFH141-60X903".

I try to install sp60945, sp65894, sp66738, sp66843, sp66878, sp66969 but I can't update BIOS.

I think this error for bios update if right please help me to found suitable version for bios update, else help me to solve this problem.
