I have been on the the for months now HP had me doa factory restore about 8 times check all hardrives software all these kinds of tests they say the computer is fine ..but it goes off the website and says microsoft checking for errors , now he told myself last nite to keep on refreshing computer when this happens.. Maybe someone else can help me get his right ty Theresa
