I am not sure if any other information about the PC is needed.

= PROBLEMS CURRENTLY HAPPENING =

=============================

The computer was recently reformatted

It was put back on to the original OS and all the drivers that were missing were installed.

Device Manager shows no drivers missing

The computer suns very sluggish 60% of the time while I am on it.

I get bad performance during document viewing/creating, Playing non internet games, playing internet games, casual web browsing, opening folders, opening the start menu, opening any application, viewing videos locally and on the internet.

It pretty much runs sluggish on everything that you can do on a PC

It takes a while to load the desktop when you log in

Could there be Hard Drive, Memory, or Graphics issues?

Is there some way to test what is going on? With software diagnosis tools?

Anything will help

Thank You
