HP Split 13 x2 PC / Product number: E0W59UA#ABA - notebook/tablet (hybrid?) touch pad cursor intermittanly "stutters" then the cursor freezes, with intermittant system freeze.
Recently, I've been able to recover by using the touch screen tap/click commands (keyboard responds ie. alt-tab), but the cursor intermittantly stutters (no system freezes for me, but it's still in my daughter's reports/complaint).
GeekSquad replaced the Hard Drive twice... replaced the touch pad once...told me to call HP Customer Support.
System Restored (twice) and completely updated with no Device Mgmt issues.
Optioned Device Mgmt - Power Management tab on HID/Doc/touchpad devices
The system seems tip top other than this intermittant cursor stutter...
Possibly a doc issue if the touch pad's countinuity was lost to the tablet??? It's Intermittant, I've tried different scenerios/environments, closing lid/hybernate/sleep mode to try to create the stutter (it's seems less intermittant with me than my daughter...).
Warranty runs out in 2mos... and the wife is demanding a call to HP Customer Support.
