I have a HP Pavilion G6 laptop which I purchased in april 2012, unfortunately it is out of warranty.
My laptop keeps freezing in windows. I have tried the following:
sfc/scannow
Windows Checkdisk
Diagnostics from Bios
Memory Test : Passed
Hardrive Test: Passed
Factory format and reset (made some improvement, but eventually still crashes before i can connect to wifi)
After reading many posts similar to my problem, all have experienced a faulty hardrive. But I have ran the full hardrive test which has passed.
Please can you advise what the problem may be?
