Hi HP support forum,
The laptop i have is an Hp pavilion G7. Sometimes when i start the laptop it wont load to windows, but it keeps shownig the loading screen of Hp with the the dots going round...Then i keep pushing the power button until it shuts down and after a few moments i try again. Well then either it starts up corrent then or it does the same thing again and after pressing again the power button to shut down and turn on again it runs some sort of diagnosing. However sometimes the laptop start up correct from the begining and none of the above problems occur! I would appreciate any help!
