HP pavilion 15-n259tx hyper-v not working in windows 8.1

Hi ,

I can not enable Hyper-V on my laptop HP Pavilion 15-n259TX. The OS is Win8.1 Pro (Upgraded from Windows 8.1 which came with the lptop). Every time I enable "Virtualization" to Ënabled" from BIOS then save changes, laptop just displays HP logo with revolving loading dots. Disabling "Virtualization" in BIOS boots the OS without any problems.

CoreInfo displays the following output:

Coreinfo v3.21 - Dump information on system CPU and memory topology
Copyright (C) 2008-2013 Mark Russinovich
Sysinternals - www.sysinternals.com

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4010U CPU @ 1.70GHz
Intel64 Family 6 Model 69 Stepping 1, GenuineIntel
HYPERVISOR      -       Hypervisor is present
VMX             *       Supports Intel hardware-assisted virtualization
EPT             *       Supports Intel extended page tables (SLAT)

Updated the BIOS to the latest version through HP.

Updated the Ralink Bluetooth adapter from the following HP driver page for n259tx:

Everytime I disable BT and reboot, it seems to be enabled again..How to disable it completely?

Can somebody help me ?

Thanks

Dixit
