i purchage the hp pavilion g6 2005ax laptop i suffering from battery problem and heating problem of laptop

after the full charging of laptop . its shows that 100% charge and 41 min backup .
on running of hp support assistance its shows charge capacity is 47% . and i am using windows 7 home basic . which pre -installed in this machine .
