I have had this HP Split X2 for about two months and ever since I purchased it I have had the following problem. I have contacted HP five times so far about this and have yet to find a solution.
What happens it will start to slow down, become extremely sluggish, unable to open pages or websites.
If you open the task manger you will see that both the disc and memory are in the very 90% range, sometimes at 100%.
Nothing you do will bring it down. Close all applications, reboot, safe mode, nothing helps. Restore to factory setting, etc.
Today I contacted HP again and was told the previous tech would be with me in 5 minutes. I waited for over three hours, no one called me back.
Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated. as this birthday present to myself has been a waste of money so far and left me very disappointed in HP support.
