I am having same problem in my HP Pavilion g4-2302au. Microprocessor: AMD Trinity A6 4400M 2.7~3.2GHz processor, RAM: 4GB RAM, HDD: 750GB HDD, Display: 14" HD LED display, Graphics Card: Radeon HD 7520G up to 2GB dedicated graphics card, Battery: 6 cell battery OS/Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit (x64).
