Recently bought HP Pavilllion Touchsmart 14-B172TX. After buying, Upgraded to Windows 8.1. The problem was present even before the upgrade. When I right click on a file name, to say, rename the file, it takes almost 10 seconds to respond. Just before responding it shows, the folder is not responding. There after the sunsequent files responds normaly. It mostly happens with the first file in a folder. The computer works otherwise satisfactorily
