I have a Pavilion g6 laptop that I have been having problems with. For the past month or so, I have problems starting the computer. Sometimes it gets stuck at the screen where the HP symbol is present with the lines going in circles as if it is preparing to start and stometimes it gets stuck and it says Preparing Automatic Repair with the lines going in a circle as if it is starting. I have to press and hold the power switch to force the computer to turn off and start it again a few times before it finally starts. I also am having an issue where the battery is not charging. It will say pugged in and not charging.
I do not believe the computer is still under warrentee, I would just love help trying to fix it on my own.
