Since giving my dad the HP Spectre touchsmart, it keeps freezing and he has to switch off by using the power button. This happens at least 3 times a day. Initially it only happened whenever he spends more than 3 hours on it. Now the issue has gotten worse and sometimes happens within minutes of logging on. Swapped laptops with him and found the same problems. Can anybody advice on what to do? He only started using the laptop 6 weeks ago
