I recently turned my computer of with out shutting it down now when I turn back on it goes straight to windows error recovery page I've tried all of the safe mode ,advance,normal start ups it then turn to the Microsoft company loading bar then proceeds to a black screen which stays like that for several minutes then restarts the process helppp please
