Can someone help me on my first log in to a new laptop? I bought an HP Touchsmart 14 Sleekbook. Turned it on and was greeted with a login screen asking for a password. The user name appears as "FromSpecial" and offers the password hint "little sissy." ??? Brand new out of the box.
