I've recently purchashed the HP Envy M6 Notebook PC, Product #: G3R12UA#ABA I've only had this laptop for little over a month now and This has been an issue almost since I got it. My cursor will freeze up and stop and I would have to wait up to 15 seconds for it to unfreeze and work again......OR.....the cursor will start shaking uncontrollably at random times and jump to different apps and pages while I'm working. I've tried re-starting...seeing if there were any driver updates...I thought maybe it was a Windows 8 problem...I refreshed my system and it is STILL happening. I shouldn't be having this issue with a BRAND NEW Laptop. I work in photography and design and when I can't control my cursor it's a problem. I don't want to buy an external Mouse because I shouldn't have to...and I travel to much to have all these extra add ons to carry.
Please Help. I'm out in the middle of nowhere on contract for the next 3 months without a computer store within reach. What is happening!?
