Hi. I have the G62-407DX Notebook PC with the HP Webcam 101, Windows 7 64-bit. It came with YouCam. The program was working fine when I first got the computer. Then all of a sudden it pops up that I need an update to use it. I click ok to do the update, goes to a page for updating to the 3.2 version of YouCam for HP users. I did the update, had to delete the old version first (which wasn't working because it said it needed an update to use). Then when I go to open the program, it comes up, but I cannot use it because it says Not Responding. No matter what I do, it does this. I checked the drivers for the camera and video card and they all say they're up to date.
I contacted CyberLink and was told to contact HP. The problem is my warrenty is now over and I cannot afford the cost of tech support.
Please help with how to fix this problem.
