Hello Experts,
I have problem with my laptop. It is Notebook dv6-2150us model. It is not in warranty now.
It was working correctly on battery and all sudden some click sound happen (Like we force shut down system with pressing power button for 6 sec and the sound happen). Then I tried to start it with attaching my AC power cord to charge it but it does not charge the battery. I tried to start the laptop using the direct power removing the battery but it does not start only charging light keeps blinking.
What would be the problem? Please help me out with this. I have important data in my laptop and need it. What is hard reset? and where this button relocates?
