I've had this issue for months. My computer won't boot, usually got blue screen, but somehow got it to a point to test my hard drive and memory. The hard drive test worked fine, but the memory test failed. Gives me this. FAILURE ID : m4jb7x-6b374x-xd7x1f-w07u03. PRODUCT ID : c2l91ua#aba and then a blank line and UNKNOWN. What does this mean? My ram is bad? Do I have to get more ram? Please help! My model number is m6-1105dx. Thanks in advanced for the help!
