HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC - Moving screen causes computer to freeze

As I have said in the Subject, moving my laptop screen causes my computer to freeze for a few seconds. By freeze, I mean the mouse lags and moves after a few seconds, the sound (if there is any) repeats on the current sound it was playing, and applications are frozen during these few seconds.

When this freezing would happen, I checked the Device Manager -> Network Adapters and noticed that the devices "Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless N-1000" and "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter" were missing. However, this could be because I checked it immediately when the computer started up.

Now, I have noticed that this problem only occurs when the laptop screen is in a certain angle or when I am moving it. I strongly suspect that this problem pertains to the wireless network adapter. My reasoning for this is because when I do use wifi (I use wired when at home), moving the laptop screen freezes as it does described above and the wifi icon immediately shows that it is disconnected.

My question is: what can I do to fix and prevent this problem from happening again in the future? I updated the drivers by clicking the 'Update Driver Software' option when I right-clicked it in the Device Manager, so that might be a problem if they're not compatible with my devices.
