I have an HP Pavilion g6 laptop and the other day just out of the blue quit working. It turns on, but the screen is black, the wifi light stays orange and the cap lock flashes. A couple days prior to that on the HP Support Assistant it did a BIOS update, not sure if that is what caused it or because my laptop seemed to run pretty hot since the day I purchased it.
I have only owned it for a little over a year and my warranty is up, I am so frustrated, I have a home based business and rely on my laptop. Please help!
