My HP Probook 4530s is about 2.5 years old and it won't start up. It started a few months ago where it would turn itself off occasionally and then not reboot unless iI left it over night This happended twice or three times over a few months. Then last week it just turned off and wont reboot. The start up screen might come on as normal but it just shuts down after a minute or so, the light stays on for a short while and the fan keeps spinning. Sometimes it makes a lower fuzzy noise that I don't think is the fan.
I tried vacuuming around the fan intake in case there was dust trapped but this didn't work. Also the charge light behaves erratically so I dont know if its charging, it might stay yellow for a while like its charging or not come on at all or blink a little, it varies.
Would really appreciate any help, I'm hoping theres a relatively easy fix and its not the motherboard. Thanks.
