Hello!
As stated, I have the HP Envy Dv6, its been working fine. But as of recently the computer started to restart on its own with a message stating the computer ran into a problem. this problem continued until the computer refused to stay on longer then 5 minutes without restarting. So. I decided to do a factory reset. The factory reset was a major disaster as to the computer wouldn't cooperate. So now when I try to start my computer, it goes to a black screen that says "Starting automatic repair". I tried to reset my computer through this and everytime i do, the computer will stop resetting and will say it ran into a problem resetting. Now, my computer is on a constant loop of starting, going to automatic repair (the blue screen), and will not go past the point. I even tried to click exit menu and go to windows 8.1 but when the computer restarts, it will once again bring up the starting automatic repair and im back to square one. Can someone please help me?!
