Random sleep/shutdown

Hello,

I have an hp pavilion dv6-6130us and I've been having some trouble.
Recently I was Playing a game when my computer suddenly shutdown and so at first I thought oh I must have missed the update warning. But to my surprise the shutdown was not caused by an update, and when I tried to boot back up the computer shutdown about 2 minutes after the reboot and continued to do so at shorter intervals. Now once I boot it up it shutdowns with 1-2 seconds. So thinking I got a virus I managed to keep it on long enough to wipe the system thinking that it should solve my problem. It did not and now instead of a shutdown it's gone into sleep after a certain amount of time after being on continues got do so at shorter intervals, even though the settings say never to go to sleep. Additionally after doing this for a while I turned the computer of and just had it sitting on my lap while plugged as I searched how to solve my problem and all of a sudden it tried to boot itself up on its own and wouldn't do so just kept shutting down and turning on after 1-2 seconds I could seriously use some help here.
