i bought an HP Pavilion dv5 and am loving its durability t i have a problem with it. it automatically hibernates though the power settings shows "NEVER". i was adviced by a friend to re-install a new operating system onto it which i did but still to no avail. thinking it was a hardware problem, i took it to a laptop technician who claimed he has worked on it but the problem still persist.
Can anyone help me with how to solve this problem since its really letting me lose interest in my laptop though i love it. HELP!!!!
