When I turn on my HP laptop I get a strange screen which looks like a spiders web/cracked glass. There's nothing I can do with it - so I just have to turn it off again. Do I need to ask HP for a system disc? Will this cause me to lose all my files and take the computer back to factory settings? Is there anything else I can do?
