My hp pavillion g6 2320dx won't start up. Goes to the black screen where it has the loading symbol that continues to go in circles. This laptop has been an issue since we got it. Already had the hard drive replaced within the first couple months of getting it. Had numerous issues with viruses. Will NOT buy another HP or at least another laptop from HP ever. Any idea on why this keeps happening?
