I have the HP 2000-2b19WM.
I was using my laptop yesterday. I shut it down, then when i turned it back on it said it couldnt register my name and it started over and reset the laptop. It deleted all my personal files and all my apps on the windows 8 start up page. I then tried to restore it and now all i get is a blue screen that says your pc needs to be reapired. The application or operating system couldnt be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors. Error code: 0xc000000f. Please can someone tell me why this happened and how can i fix it.
