Pavilion dv6 locks up, cannot enter bios or boot, hard reset doesn't work

Hello,

I'm having problems with Pavilion dv6  - 3060em.

When I turn on laptop and want to enter BIOS or BOOT by pressing ESC, F10,... it doesn't work. Windows always load and lock up just before login screen.

Fan is working, hard disk is working, lights on keyboard are working but they don't seem to register me pressing them.

I tried hard reset, doesn't work also. I don't know what to do anymore.
