Had problem with this laptop for ages now, it won't turn on, blank screen and sounds like it will start but then nothing but f12 key light and caps lock light. Have tried hard reset and sometimes it works and laptop ok for a day or so then same thing again. More often hard reset does nothing. Really fed up with this now as my daughter has lost work on it and it's basically useless.
