Hi Friends;
I have a ProBook 450 G0 (product number: C5F33AV); I was doing a default restore in Bios, after a restart, a screen showed up, and saying:
Product Information not Valid
The Following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.
System Board (00A) -
Product Name
Product Serial Number
Product SKU
Product Family
System Board CT Number
ENTER - Continue Startup
As I mentioned, it was working great, and no motherboard replacement was done.
I did a Bios upgrade, to the most recent one, but again, no change! :(
I also used a MS-DOS based HPBQ138.exe and more NbdMiFit in different version up to 1.19 which did not work because the vendor code was not in those lists!
I live in IRAN, and there's no service center here
Anybody can help me get rid of this error
