HP pavilion dv6 freezes when using battery power

Hi,

My laptop freezes after a few minutes from power-up only when using battery power.

I replaced my old battery with a new one (HP original) and this problem presists.

* The HP battery check shows no problems.

* CHKDSK also didn't find any problems.

I tried solving the problem using post "HP Pavilion DV6-1040ei Hangs on Battery Power" - but wih no success.

I am running under windows 7 home premium - fully updated.
