Laptop is about 3 years old.
It has suddenly turned itself off and won't restart. Have followed instructions of pressing and holding power button and taking out battery pack etc. but still no power, lights or fan noise etc.
The only thing that does happen, when the battery pack is in, and the power pack is plugged in, and I press the power button the three power/charge/cd lights at the front flash a couple of times.
I can only think that it is something to do with the battery pack or power pack as it does seem like there might have been a few misconceptions recently when charging.
Can anyone offer any help?
