. . . . but there are no programs listed! The message only appears for about three seconds.
What should I do, please?
PS I don't know if it's linked but on power-up, my laptop takes about 90 seconds to get to my main page - that's much longer than it used to take and the supplier PCWorld checked it saying there were no problems.
