So I just purchased a HP 15-d035dx laptop bundle from Best Buy for around $329. Unfortunately, it has negative reviews on the Best Buy site saying how it is prone to freeZing. When I was first setting up the laptop it froze, but I thought it was my fault. It's now froze 3x since I've gotten it. Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to return this because it's so budget friendly and it came in a bundle. I'm only 17 and I paid for this myself, so this price was very appealing to me. I've looked at other laptops but none are affordable and meets or requirements/wants in a laptop. :/
