I bought my HP laptop model G 6–2248 CA in January 2013 by June of 2013 my battery no longer work I had to remove it due to fire issues and my laptop states thermal fire and would shut down continuously also my mouse pad freezes continuously I am unable to use my pointer over anything at anytime and I cannot click on anything. Have done the driver uninstall and have wiped the laptop to factory settings and have released the energy. I'm ready to throw it out the window. I haven't had a battery in forever and no one gives me answers. Just run around. If I can get some help that would be great
