I bought a HP Pav 15 inch NB in Dec 12/5/13 & it was working fine as of Sunday 3/30/14. I shut it down for the night & Monday when i went to power on, nothing. The only light that is on is a red light near the charging port. Ive tried everything, please help i need to retrieve a research paper thats now past due.....
