So last night I was on the internet with my laptop while it was plugged in and charging when the screen and all computer lights (LEDs) went out and there was an audible click so I true to start it with the power button but it did nothing so I closed it, went to sleep, and came back this afternoon and it didn't respond (still plugged in by the way) and followed HP's steps to hard reset but that didn't work either. What should I do?
