first of all i want to tell about my laptop

I bought this PC on 2nd September 2013.
on the same day i faced touchpad hanging issue after sometimes i registered a complaint against this issue. Technician visited to me but problem remained same as initial and case is closed so i registered another complaint but problem was not solved and some extra problems were observed by me like overheating and noice in my pc fan..
After this many complaints registered but they failed to resolve the issue and suggested me for system recovery.
On behalf of tchnical support team i performed system recovery for four times but problem was not solved..
and most of the times case were closed automatically i dont't know why it is??
finally six months gone but problem is same and my PC becomes useless now it hangs up generally and automatically restarts and a message is shown like "* your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info and then we'ii restart for you.*" after this it restarts again and again..
And what about technical team... They suggests for system recovery even then last recovery was performed on
3rd March 2014 and now i think when they failed to identify the exact issue then suggest for system recovery..
