Hi there, I recently purchased a new Pavilion laptop and have been using it for perhaps two weeks. The first time my issue arose was about a week in, when HP advised me that it needed to update. Fine, whatever. It restarted and began loading the update, but once loaded, restarted again, and loading... continuously. The contact centre was closed, so I pulled out the batter and unplugged it. Put it back together, and carried on. A few days ago the same thing happened. I called the support line and they showed me how to restore the computer back to its previous state. Uhhhhuh. Had to reinstall something, but fine. I didn't even manage to complete installing before the same thing happened for a third time, forcing me to restore my notebook AGAIN.
What I don't get is how a BRAND NEW laptop is already having basic issues like this. I spent hours last night trying to fix it, and it's really pissing me off now. This sort of stuff SHOULDN'T happen, and I'm disgusted that my time is being wasted so efficiently. Fix the update, fix my computer, fix Windows, I don't care. Just make my computer run **bleep**ing normally.
